Air Conditioning Planned In From the Start – Not Bolted On at the End

The best time to plan your home’s climate system is before the walls go up. We work with architects, developers, and homeowners to design systems that are invisible to the eye and perfect in performance.

Why Plan It Early?

Retrofitting air conditioning into a finished home is always possible, but it’s never as clean as designing it in from the start. Ducts need to run somewhere, cables need routing, outdoor units need positioning. When you plan this during the design stage, everything can be hidden, optimised, and sized correctly.

We’ve worked on projects where the system was an afterthought and projects where it was part of the initial design brief. The difference in the final result – aesthetically and technically – is significant.

DevelopersWorking on multiple units or a luxury development? We can price and programme air conditioning across the full project, working to your build schedule.
Renovation projectsWhether you’re gutting a period property or fitting out a barn conversion, we design systems that respect the character of the building while delivering modern comfort.
