FAQs
Common questions
How is this different from routine maintenance?
Maintenance keeps units running. A condition survey steps back and looks at the whole estate: what you have, what condition it’s in and what it’ll cost to put right. It gives you the evidence to plan spend instead of reacting to breakdowns.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the estate. Our recent 67-site survey was completed in 51 days, with site reports issued as we went.
Will it disrupt our sites?
Visits are scheduled around trading hours and agreed with each site in advance. The survey is non-intrusive, and sites carry on as normal.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes. We work for national clients and survey estates across England, Scotland and Wales.
Do we have to use AKS for the remedial work?
No. The reports are yours to use with any contractor. If you’d like us to quote, we already know every site and every unit.
